Dishd products are personalised to order. Please check spelling, dates, colour direction and personalisation notes before payment.

Orders

An order enters the production queue after payment is confirmed and Dishd has enough personalisation detail to prepare the design.

Production time

Most orders take 7-10 business days after payment and design confirmation. Larger or urgent orders may need extra confirmation.

Returns

Because personalised products are made for a specific customer, returns are only available for damaged, incorrect or defective items.

Delivery

Delivery times depend on the courier and destination. Dishd will update the order status once the parcel is packed and shipped.
