Information collected

We collect names, email addresses, phone numbers, delivery addresses, order notes, uploaded photos where provided, and payment status information from PayFast.

How it is used

Information is used to process orders, confirm payment, prepare designs, arrange delivery, handle support and improve product analytics.

Payments

Card and EFT payment details are handled by PayFast. Dishd stores payment status and PayFast reference details, not full card information.

Retention

Order records are kept for business, support and accounting purposes. Customers can contact Dishd to request corrections to their details.
